The Samsung Galaxy A35 drew little interest and the Galaxy M55 didn’t do much better. How will the new Samsung Galaxy M35 fare?
The Galaxy M35 made its debut in Brazil and has since then expanded to Mexico, though there are no units available on Samsung’s online store just yet
The M35 and A35 are almost the same phone, except that the M-phone has a larger 6,000mAh battery (vs. 5,000mAh) and it loses the IP67 dust and water resistance.
Other than that, both use the same 6.6” FHD+ 120Hz OLED display, Exynos 1380 chipset, 50+8MP rear camera and 13MP front and 25W wired-only charging.
The Galaxy M55 stands out with a slightly larger 6.7” display and Snapdragon 7 Gen 1, plus the 50MP main camera has a larger sensor (1/1.56” vs. 1/1.96”) and the 5,000mAh battery has faster 45W charging (still wired-only, though).
Sticking with Brazilian prices for the comparison, the Redmi Note 13 (5G, 256GB) is BRL 2,300. It has a 6.67” FHD+ 120Hz OLED display, Dimensity 6080 chipset, 108MP main camera
The Realme 12 Pro comes only in 512GB configuration with more RAM to boot (12GB) and that costs BRL 2,700. The phone has even better dust and water resistance rating at IP65
